O&N - a leading company in the home textile sector, was founded in Italy at the end of the 40s. At the beginning, the business focused mainly on the production of doormats and carpets, but later, entering the large-scale retail market, it specialized in all home textiles, developing private label products, collections with proprietary brands and licenses such as Marvel, Warner Bros, Liabel. Currently, the O&N Group owns a company in the USA called "Fontana Bros" and also owns two brands, Bella Vita and Nicoletta Rosi, the last one dedicated exclusively to high-end accessories. O&N's many years of experience, passion for innovation and development, allows the company to take care of Promotional operations, Private Label, continuous assortments, Temporary stores and Shop in Shop. All promotional operations are customized and managed according to the customer's needs. Starting from market research, the design department identifies the trends of the moment, transforming them into totally customized concepts to adapt as much as possible to the client’s request. The sale and communication between the item and customers is implemented with the ad hoc creation of decorative packaging and information panels. We take care of the permanent exhibition solutions, (such as carpets, pillows, doormats and towels) reason why for all the items we also work on  design of the planogram tailored and  exhibition space, for the creation of merchandising, logistics services and the optimization of profitability in order to best meet all customer expectations.   The company also stands out for its Private Label service –  the analysis and development of customized products, tailored to the needs of the distributor.
